Change, Change, Change
As we work with the church community, we consistently interact with
churches who continue to adapt to reach people. In order for Service
Realty to continue to serve churches, another change on our part is called
for as we present properties for and to the church community. The new
cover states clearly the work of Service Realty. And although our efforts
will continue in teaming up churches with other solid organizations who
serve the church in related areas, our mission of serving churches with
real estate must be presented decisively.
The unique requirements for ministries dictate
a constant effort of discovering needs and opportunities that further
the mission of the church
community. Our work in developing relocation plans based on solid information
sets Service Realty apart from all other Realtors®. Additionally,
understanding the needs of churches, selecting premier church sites,
and assisting in financing allow Service Realty to properly advise the
church so they can succeed in the sale or acquisition of property. Having
a clear focus of only serving churches keeps us free to fully serve the
church community without becoming preoccupied in other real estate projects.
As our mailers evolve, the information we are presenting to churches
becomes more complex. We had planned to mail out separate mailers to
present articles of interest to churches. It is apparent, however, that
having these articles available at all times is extremely helpful. Thus,
rather than utilizing mailings to distribute this vital information,
we will add it to our website so that it is readily available to churches
when needed.
